Covid-19

Letter From Pastor
Dear Friend:

These are uncertain and unprecedented times. The Lord spoke of these times when he warned his disciples. In both Mt. 24:7 and Luke 21:11 he declared that in the last days there would be times of famines, pestilences, earthquakes and fearful sights. We are clearly in these incredible and historical times. There is a lot of uncertainty but let us not be filled with fear. We have a God who is faithful, able and on-time. One thing is certain. God does not change. I am reminded of the words in Psalm 46: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

As you look at this COVID-19 page we hope you will find it informational, inspirational and helpful. If you have a need we will try and respond. If you need encouragement, may you find it in the scripture or devotionals. If you are a member be sure and get your sign-up completed so you can be connected for the latest podcasts and messages. It is a time to lean on the strength of the Lord and the strength of one another.

One thing is certain, God is still well able to care for us. While he left us with the knowledge that difficult times would happen in these days, he also left us with words that would give strength during these times as well. Paul reminds us in Hebrews 13:5 that he would never leave us or forsake us. Jesus told his disciples in Luke:

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. Luke 21:28

Let us pray together, connect together, help one another and strengthen one another. May God fill the fearful with faith, the weak with His strength and the sick with his healing power. May is people encourage and bless each other with His wonderful promises.

God Bless You and Keep You Close To Him,

Pastor Jesse Starr
